With the development of infrastructure construction and the constant increase of the demand of gravel aggregate, our country is badly in need of the sand making equipment. The rapid development of the infrastructure construction in our country proves that the pebble sand maker has lots of advantages. However, Each equipment has its service life. The longer the service life of the machine is, the more benefits it can bring to the clients.

In order to make the pebble sand maker keep in a long-term good condition, regular maintenance is necessary. Most of the failures of an equipment are due to human factors. Therefore, if we can avoid these factors in the operation of the machine, the service life of the equipment can be prolonged efficiently.

Firstly, the humidity and viscosity of the material should be noticed. If the moisture of the material is excessive or the viscosity of the material is too high, the material may cling to the interior of the pebble sand maker, which will jam the machine. After a long time, the equipment may be damaged. Thus, in the operation of the sand maker, we must pay attention to the humidity and viscosity of the material.

Secondly, if the fineness of the material doesn’t meet the material requirement of the sand maker, which means that the pebble sand maker has to handle the material that doesn’t conform to the machine, the finished products can not meet the requirement and it will lead to the damage of the sand making equipment.

Thirdly, if, in the material, there are some components which do not conform to the operation condition of the sand making equipment, the sand making equipment may not be in the normal operation. Therefore, the material should be screened in advance.

Above are some problems which are easy to be ignored by the operators of the sand maker. They are also the human factors shortening the service life of the pebble sand making machine.
