However, the quality of the final product can not generally meet the satisfaction, which badly restricts the increase of the whole level of the engineering quality in China.
In the quarry, the common used stone crushers are the jaw crusher, cone crusher, hammer crusher, and so on. The production lines with different crushing gradations and outputs are the core equipment in the quarry. Meanwhile, it is equipped with the explosion device, excavator, loader, and the power supply system, and so on. It’s a comprehensive operation with multiple machines and techniques. But, there is a big difference between us and the advanced countries in the production level of the quarry plant.
1 . Outdated Overall Management
In China, there are many management apartments of the quarry, such as the land resources department, technical supervision bureau, etc. All of them have the administration rights. However, there is no supervision department for stone material. The service life of the mining license of a quarry is 1-3 years. The short contract period makes enterprises do not want to invest too much in the front-end engineering and only notice the short-term profit and high output.
2 . Extensive Production Management
Most of the quarry factories in China are private enterprises, the employees of which generally do not have the professional knowledge. The management mode is extensive and no measure of the quality control is taken, which leads to lots of employees, high consumption of resources and energy, severe pollution, low production efficiency of the management and production, bad quality of the stone material, low economic benefit, and bad technical level.
3 . Not Unified Techniques of Crushers
Only by designing different whole sets of crushers by crusher manufacturers can the standard of the stone material be met. Recently, for the causes mentioned below, most of the enterprises pay more attention to simplicity and speediness than to the management of the quality of the stone material.
