1. The Introduction of the Primary Flow of the Sand Production Line
The material like granite is fed into the jaw crusher evenly, which is the primary crushing process. After the coarse crushing process, the crushed product is sent into the PEX jaw crusher by the belt conveyor, which is the further crushing process. After the secondary crushing process, the crushed stone is sent into the sand making machine to be crushed by the belt conveyor. Then, the crushed stone material is sent into the vibrating screen to separate the gravels of different particle sizes. The gravel, whose particle size meets the requirement of the client, is sent to the final product pile by the belt conveyor while the unqualified gravel should be sent back to the sand making machine to be crushed again by the belt conveyor, which can form the closed crushing flow.
