⑴ There is a vibratory work unit of the pump of an impact crusher. At the time of the installation or before the test run, all the fasteners should be fastened well. In the operation time, they should be examined regularly and fastened in time.
⑵ Attention: the turning direction of an impact crusher is irreversible in the process of the installation of the impact crusher (there is a turning arrow on the belt wheel).
⑶ After the installation of the motor of the impact crusher, the impact crusher should be equipped with the protective cover of the driving belt according to the situation of the installation.
⑷ The gap between the impact plate and the plate hammer should be narrowed gradually according to the requirements in the operation process. After the adjustment of the gap, the rotor should be made some turns with hands in order to examine whether there are some strikes between the impact plates and the plate hammers. After the inspection, the turnbuckles should be fastened tightly, which can prevent the impact plate from going down gradually then hitting the plate hammer because of the vibration of the machine. The loose turnbuckles may cause accidents.
⑸ Because the outlet of an impact crusher is on the bottom of the impact crusher, in the process of designing the system, people should take into consideration the installation height of the impact crusher and how to make it match the feeding and discharging equipment.
